Jordanian Elaf for Integrated Solutions Company (Gate to Pay), licensed by the Central Bank of Jordan, is committed to protecting your personal data and handling it confidentially, in line with applicable Jordanian laws and Central Bank of Jordan regulations.
Information we collect
Identity and contact details you provide during onboarding, and the documents required for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
Financial information such as sources of income and trading statements where relevant to your account or the agent your card is linked to.
Transaction data and activity generated when you use the card, wallet and related services.
How we use your data
To provide, operate and secure the service; to verify your identity and eligibility; to meet legal, regulatory and AML/CFT obligations; and to prevent and investigate fraud.
We use your data only within the scope of the business relationship and do not use it for purposes beyond that.
Verification
Your information may be verified and inquired through the Civil Status and Passports Department and other authorized sources, as part of identity verification and regulatory compliance.
Sharing your data
With third parties and service providers who help us process, verify and archive data, under confidentiality commitments and data-protection procedures.
With regulators, security, and judicial authorities where required by law or by the Central Bank of Jordan.
Confidentiality & protection
We maintain the confidentiality of your data and apply procedures to protect it. We are committed not to use your data outside the scope of our relationship with you.
Retention & your rights
We retain data for as long as required to provide the service and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to those retention requirements.
